The doctrinal and religious movement known as “Vale do Amanhecer” (Valley of the Dawn) has two distinct facets: its remote origin and the circumstances that shaped its current form. The movement is comprised of veteran spirits of this planet, each with 19 or more incarnations, who are sworn to Christ and specialize in providing relief during times of confusion and insecurity. Such periods typically arise at the end of civilizational cycles, approximately every 2,000 years, when Humanity transitions from one planetary phase to another.

Historically, these cycles are marked by significant overlap between old and new phases. For instance, the period surrounding the birth of Jesus and the centuries that followed show a blend of stages. A similar transition has been occurring since the 18th century, characterized by remarkable socio-economic achievements alongside a decline in humanistic values. This phenomenon became particularly noticeable in the second half of the 20th century, where scientific advancements coexisted with a progressive devaluation of human beings.

Our current civilization is marked by disbelief and despair in traditional institutions, leading to a paradoxical search for firmer mental foundations and a renewed interest in spiritual solutions. This is where Vale do Amanhecer comes in, aiming to provide the anxious and insecure with a deeper understanding of themselves and a roadmap for their immediate lives. Unlike traditional religious movements, Vale do Amanhecer emphasizes individual verification of spiritual teachings through personal experience, rather than relying on written documents, dogmas, or fear-based doctrines.

The movement’s unique aspect is its foundation on the clairvoyance of Tia Neiva. In 1959, Neiva was an ordinary widow with four children, working as a truck driver. Despite having no prior religious inclinations, she began experiencing strange paranormal phenomena at the age of 33. As science and local religion failed to provide explanations, she found solace in spiritism. These experiences led her to embrace her clairvoyant abilities, despite the initial isolation and misunderstanding she faced.

Neiva’s journey involved mastering conscious transport, the ability to leave her body and travel to other vibratory planes while retaining full awareness. From 1959 to 1964, she received initiatory instructions from a Tibetan master named Humahã, which further solidified her spiritual path. Despite contracting a respiratory deficiency due to the physical demands of these experiences, Neiva continued her mission, leading to the establishment of Vale do Amanhecer.

The community, initially called “União Espiritualista Seta Branca” (UESB), started with a group of mediums providing spiritual assistance. Over time, the group grew, expanding its doctrinal base and spiritual strength. The Doctrine of Amanhecer remains dynamic, continuously adapting to the needs of those it serves, with ongoing instructions from the spiritual plane through Tia Neiva.

As we approach the end of the current cycle, the world is poised for significant transformations. The leaders of Vale do Amanhecer, including Pai Seta Branca and his Ministers, are prepared to guide the community through these changes, ensuring the continuation of their mission to offer spiritual clarity and support during turbulent times.
